1. Get out of debts - completely

2. Have an emergency fund

3. Create/have multiple sources of incomes

4. Live on less than I earn

5. Consistent on give money to my parent

6. Consistent on kumpul duit education anak

7. Consistent on my sinking funds

8. Consistent on my retirement fund
