As a working mother this really helpful as I can deligate one of my commom wife tasks while I spend time with my family. I've been using their services many times now and I am really satisfied with their services so far.

How to use?

1. Download Happy fresh apps and sign up.

2. Follow the steps below to place your first HappyFresh order:

a) Insert your address and choose your favourite store

b) Go to “Categories” and start adding items into your cart

c) Tap the “Trolley” icon to start the checkout process

d) Select your preferred delivery time

​e) If you have a promo code, don’t forget to apply it in the ‘Voucher Code’ section

​f) Select payment method then click “Pay Securely”

​​g) Select your replacement option then click “Confirm”

Also, I want to share the pros and cons using this app to shop your groceries.

Pros:

- Save your time

- Save your energy

- Can use voucher directly

- Make my life easier, no hustle to go groceries shopping anymore.

Cons:

- Sometimes you didn't get your order due to out of stock but worry not, the personal shopper will call if you want any replacement.

- Sometimes you didn't get the fresh product due to your order timing. This is based on my experience.

Tips buying your groceries via HappyFresh

- Place your order in the morning or the night before to get the fresh products.

- Pay with eWallet because its easy refund if needed. They will refund within 24hours compare to pay with card debit/credit, it will take 2 days working days.

- Always compare price of the product before proceed order.
